WaterAid Bangladesh and Channel i have joined forces to engage youth in development agenda to accelerate the progress of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) attainment in Bangladesh. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on 9 July 2024, at the Channel i headquarter in Tejgaon, marking the beginning of a collaborative effort aimed at raising awareness and promoting sustainable solutions to the WASH and climate crisis.

The MOU was signed by Ms Hasin Jahan, Country Director of WaterAid Bangladesh, and Mr Mohammad Masud, Executive Director (Administration) of  Channel i. The signing ceremony was attended by notable figures, including Mr Faridur Reza Sagar, Managing Director of Impress Telefilm Limited; Mr Helal Khan, Executive Director of Operations, Channel i; Ms Swapna Reza, Senior Program Producer, Channel i; and Mr Md Tahmidul Islam, Head of Technical Services, WaterAid Bangladesh.
