Mr A K M Musha, the Country Director of Nutrition International, brings over 27 years of experience in humanitarian and international development across Asia and Africa. He has served as Country Director for Concern Worldwide in Malawi, Bangladesh, and Sudan, and for Helen Keller International in Bangladesh. He also served as Director of Advocacy and Institutional Relationships at Concern Worldwide UK, a senior headquarters-based leadership role.
Throughout his career, Mr Musha has been a strong advocate for collective action and has played active leadership roles in supporting INGO forum in the countries where he has worked. Having recently returned to Bangladesh to lead Nutrition International, he would be honored to serve as Convenor of the INGO Forum Bangladesh and work closely with its members to strengthen the Forum’s mandate, deepen member engagement, foster greater collaboration, and amplify the collective voice of INGOs on the critical issues facing the sector and the broader development and humanitarian challenges affecting the most vulnerable people in Bangladesh.
Dr Rudaba Khondker is working as the Country Director, Bangladesh, at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is also the focal point for South Asia at GAIN. Dr Khondker is a medical doctor with expertise in child health and social science with more than twenty years’ experience working in leadership and advisory roles in humanitarian, post-conflict, and development contexts in Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. Prior to joining GAIN, Rudaba worked for many international organisations and agencies. She has worked with high-level policymakers in different governments in Asia and Africa. In her leadership roles, she has worked closely with diverse development partners, global networks, and the private sector. Her experience is in policy and programming that encompasses food and health systems transformations, integrating innovative and rights-based approaches that link policy influencing with multi-sectoral programmes and impacts.
